An Unconventional Therapist for Unconventional Times.
I was never good at fitting into boxes and so it makes sense that I would craft my therapeutic services into a flexible and adaptable practice that would fit my personality. Happily, this also enables me to meet the unique and individualized needs of my clients. The variety of services I offer allows me to provide the right support at the right time.
My passion is for health; emotional, physical, environmental, and transpersonal. Prior to completing my training as a counselor, I worked as a personal trainer and helped clients to connect with and care for their bodies. I have endeavored to practice and to teach sustainable lifestyle habits that include healthy movement, nourishing foods, and mindfulness practices that support my vibrant well-being and the well-being of others.
It is my ambition and my pleasure to be a supportive and compassionate guide and role model for those wanting to embrace a nourishing lifestyle and to build an authentic and empowered life. So join me, let's explore the path of your unique journey together. It just may delight you.
